We accept personal checks, money orders, bank checks, and travelers checks. Orders will be shipped out within 2 days when paying with a money order.

Parts/Accessories and Other Non-Restricted Items
Orders will be shipped withing 48 hours unless out of stock. If out of stock, you will be notified.
Special Order items require a deposit. We ship via UPS ground, handguns must be shipped next day with UPS. UPS Blue or Red is available for an extra charge. USPS may be used if the items are small enough.
Pistol or Rifle (Non-Auto)
Federal firearms laws restrict the interstate sale of a weapon from a dealer directly to an individual. This also applies to all receivers that we sell. We will need to ship your gun directly to a FFL dealer near you.
Please follow these steps:
# 1. Identify and purchase your gun from Dixie Ammo Dump.
# 2. Find a federal firearms dealer i.e.; gun shop, pawn shop or sporting good store that sells firearms and ask them if they do transfers from out of state. If so ask them what they charge for a transfer. If you agree to the amount, have them mail a signed original F.F.L ( faxes are not sufficient) directly to us. As soon as we receive the form and payment has been cleared, we will ship your firearm to your FFL. Most dealers provide this service for $25 per transfer.
# 3. If the gun is shipped C.O.D., make sure you arrangements with your dealer to accept the shipment.
# 4. We will notify you when the gun ships.
# 5. We have a full return policy and you have 3 days to inspect the gun.
Title II Weapon, Including:
Machine Guns, Suppressors, and Short-Barrelled Shotguns
# 1. First read this short explanation of the rules regarding ownership.
# 2. Order your weapon. If we don't have it in stock, we can find it.
# 3. Identify a Class III dealer near you. If you can't fine one, we can help you locate one. This dealer will be doing the form-4 transfer to you. This service may be charged depending on the dealer.
# 4. Have the dealer (or you can) mail his license (F.F.L.) and his S.O.T. (Special Occupational Tax which allows a dealer to deal in NFA weapons) to us.
# 5. We will transfer the gun to your local Class III dealer on a form-3. This transfer will usually take between 4-6 weeks, depending on the BATF.
# 6. We ship to your Class III dealer upon form-3 approval. We will notify you when this happens.
# 7. Inspect your gun for 3 days. If you are unsatisfied, we will have the gun returned to us.
# 8. If you are satisfied, then the gun is transferred on a form-4 from your dealer to you. This may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks, again depending upon the BATF.
